A workshop on functional connectivity analysis of EEG, fMRI and fNIRS signals was arranged between the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in Shiraz University of Technology, I. R. Iran and Research Group on Multimodal Analysis of Brain Function (GRAMFC-INSERM U1105) at University of Picardie Jules Verne, France. The goal of this ambitious workshop, held from February 24 to March 1, 2018, was to demonstrate the processing steps of a variety of modalities including EEG, fMRI and fNIRS applied to investigate functional connectivity patterns of the brain networks. During this workshop, graduate students analyzed brain signals and functional images using sophisticated software packages including SPM, GRETNA, GraphVar, FC-NIRS, HERMES, and BrainNetViewer.
