Gas Hydrates Laboratory
This laboratory is one of the most advanced laboratories in the field of gas hydrate research. The laboratory currently has capabilities for thermodynamic studies, phase boundary and compositional measurements, and visual observation of gas hydrate systems. Sophisticated high-pressure and low-temperature equipment is devoted to the understanding of the growth and dissociation of gas hydrate crystals in PVT cell and in a porous media. Most of its skilled researchers who have been graduated in diverse fields of separation branches are now hired in key/basic industrial centers while some others are educating at high ranked international universities.
