- Pechini sol-gel synthesis and optimization of chemical, physical and rheological properties of TiO2 nanoparticle paste for manufacturing the nanoporous photoanode of dye sensitized solar cell and the optimization of photovoltaic properties of photoanode.
- Synthesis and production of nanocrystalline Fluorine-doped tin oxide thin ceramic film by spray pyrolysis to obtain transparent conducting oxide glass and design and fabrication of laboratory scale spray pyrolysis apparatus.
- Fabrication of nanostructured hole-conductor free perovskite solar cell with carbon cathode.
- Synthesis of Cu2ZnSnS4 nanoparticles as inorganic hole-transporting material and its application in fabricating hole-transporting layer of perovskite solar cells
