Corrosion is among the most important failure and degradation mechanisms of industrial components and it is the duty of corrosion engineers to decrease the share of corrosion in industrial losses. The first goal of the CPM group is to prepare students to accomplish such duties. The main research interests of CPM are:
- Cathodic protection
- High temperature coatings and corrosion
- Nano composite and alloy Electrodeposition
